Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was very straightforward. It started with a phone screen, followed by a remote interview over Skype due to distance (it was initially planned as in-person), and concluded with a final one-on-one interview. They asked about my past experiences, focusing on my strengths and weaknesses and how they align with the responsibilities of the role. The final interview also included a sales roleplay. The interviewers were very kind and respectful throughout the process.

I found the job at Guerrero Howe through a campus recruiting board. A week later, I got a call at 8am for a phone screening. It went well, so they called me for a first interview. Two people reviewed my resume, asking about my strengths and weaknesses for each job. They also had me take a 50-minute math and logic test before the interview. The second interview was very good cop/bad cop. One person asked tough questions I didn't know the answer to and was pretty snarky. The other person seemed to disagree with him. They asked about my softer skills. The interview lasted an hour. I sent thank you letters afterwards. A week later, they emailed saying they liked me but I didn't have enough experience.

Sent in my resume online and they got back to me quick to schedule a phone interview for the next day. After that, I met the recruiting manager face-to-face, and then a couple days later I had my final interview with the directors. Got the offer not long after. The whole thing was pretty easy, but the interviews themselves weren't super organized or professional.
