The interview process was very straightforward. It started with a phone screen, followed by a remote interview over Skype due to distance (it was initially planned as in-person), and concluded with a final one-on-one interview. They asked about my past experiences, focusing on my strengths and weaknesses and how they align with the responsibilities of the role. The final interview also included a sales roleplay. The interviewers were very kind and respectful throughout the process.

I got contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn because I was referred by someone who works there. Then, I had a 25-minute phone interview that was mainly about my past experience and career growth. After that, I had two in-person interviews. The first was with a recruiter and the sales director, and the second was with the VP of Sales and another sales director. Both of these took about an hour to an hour and a half. It might sound long, but I felt like they really wanted to make sure I was a good fit for the company, and I felt the same way about them. What really impressed me was how they focused on my learning process and management style – they seemed genuinely interested in my potential and growth. They asked standard interview questions, but also some that made me really think about my previous jobs. Even though I was interviewing with other companies and got offers elsewhere, this place really stood out. They seemed to value my honest answers, not just what I thought they wanted to hear. The office vibe is casual, but the interview was pretty formal. Company culture is important to me, and right away, this place felt like a positive work environment. I also had a scheduling conflict with the initial training date, and they were super flexible about letting me start with the next group instead.

A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, and then I had a phone screening. After that, they invited me to the office for an interview with HR and a manager where we talked about my past work and the job details. They wanted me to come in again for another interview, and I wasn't even sure if that was the last one. I was relocating at the time and they knew I was driving a long way for these interviews. I was told when they'd let me know about the next steps. The day they said they'd get back to me passed, and I hadn't heard anything. I had to email the recruiter to politely ask if a decision had been made. They decided not to move forward with me for a final interview. It really bothered me because they initiated contact, knew I was traveling for this, and then didn't even update me that the decision might take longer. Overall, it felt unprofessional. Reading other reviews, I'm kind of glad I wasn't chosen.

It was a pretty thorough process. Started with one phone interview, then an in person interview with 2 or 3 people. Finally, I had a meeting with the recruiter and got the offer. Make sure you know your resume inside and out. They really wanted to hear about specific past experiences and projects that relate to sales. They seemed really focused on time management, paying attention to details, your ability to learn and be taught, and negotiation skills, as these are key for this role.
