The process involves three steps. First, you'll have an interview with HR, and then a second interview with in-store management. HR will provide feedback within a few days to a week, and that's when you'll get the offer. No other steps are involved.

after applying online via the website, I was called back by phone and asked general questions to understand if I was suited to work in the said workplace and had all the required skills for the position, then later an in-person interview was scheduled at the workplace where I was asked a series of questions, all relevant and appropriate, so overall a pleasant experience

I sent my resume and got an interview scheduled pretty fast. The store manager seemed unprofessional and unprepared. Maybe she judged my appearance, but I drove 30 minutes on my day off just for her to tell me the job was already filled before we even started. She asked about four questions and then rushed off, saying it was nice meeting me. The 'interview' was in a common area because her office wasn't clean. With my extensive background in high-end retail, I found it strange she didn't prepare or at least give me a heads-up that the role was unavailable.
