Behavioral Technical

I emailed my cv and got contacted by HR within a week and a half. The first interview was a one-on-one with a really friendly person, and I felt good about it. The HR lady said if I was successful, there would be two more stages. A week later, I got an email from someone in Italy for a telephone interview, but they changed it to a face-to-face interview with the same person. I wasn't sure if this was the second stage. I had a late-evening interview with another lady who asked a lot of questions, and it lasted about half an hour. She said she'd get back to me in a couple of weeks, but it's been almost a month with no reply even after I emailed two people. I'm very keen on the role and disappointed by the lack of communication.
