Operations Manager
I went through the interview process from August to October 2020. There were 4 interviews, and they ended up going with an internal person. I found out because I followed up. It felt a bit long for only 4 interviews.
- Can you describe a difficult situation you faced and how you managed it?
Operations Manager
I had applied for a different role, but the recruiter thought I would be a better fit for Regional Operations Manager so I applied for that instead. We scheduled an interview, but then he cancelled and I never heard back. I tried contacting him on LinkedIn and by email, but he didn't respond. I guess he was looking for someone who had managed a bigger volume of business at the time, but I didn't like that he ghosted me.
- What motivates your interest in working for Gucci?
Sales Operations Manager
First round was basic behavioral questions. They wanted to know about my connection to GUCCI. It was more about behavioral fit. I’d say it wasn’t super difficult, but I obviously didn’t move forward since I hadn’t done any research on the brand beforehand. I’d recommend really understanding the culture and trying to match their style.
- Can you introduce yourself and give me an overview of your career history?
