The first interview was with the team manager, and it was a good experience. She asked about my background and was very professional. The second interview was with an associate manager. I had met him briefly in the store before, and I had also sent him my resume via email, but he hadn't responded. He recognized me from the store during the interview. However, he seemed distracted, was talking down to me, didn't really listen to my answers, and kept checking his phone. It felt very unprofessional.

Recruitment process was highly unprofessional without response or any feedback. I have to admit that I was deeply disappointed since I expected at least an email. I waited 4 weeks for a response. I tried to email after and still did not get any response. After one week I found the phone number and I called. First time phone call was declined, after few hours I called again and recruiter seemed annoyed why I bothered. And without any apology I was told that email is sent but there is some mistake why I did not get it. I was really disappointed but happy and glad that I will not be part of such unprofessional environment.
