Good, people interacted with good knowledge and interaction went good. It included a written exam, followed by two technical levels, a manager discussion, and an HR round. Overall good interview process experience.

The interview process was okay, starting with a technical round and then a manager round. They talked a lot about being an old company with lots of money and being able to offer big hikes. After the manager round, they asked for documents, but then went silent. Even follow-ups were ignored, with messages saying 'I'll call you later'. Eventually, someone else said the position was closed and they couldn't offer more than my current package, and the previous HR wasn't aware. It felt unprofessional and frustrating, almost like a fraud. I question if they are real professionals or just disorganized.

The interview process starts with an aptitude test on Mettl, which is quite long but has a passing score around 50-60%. If you pass, you'll proceed to the first technical round where they'll ask about core Java, Spring Boot annotations, and maybe some SQL. The interviewer might be from Chennai and could show bias against non-Chennai candidates, trying to eliminate you early. However, if you answer well, you'll move to the second round, which is typically a panel interview. This round can be tough, especially if the panel is from Chennai, and they might still look for reasons to reject you. Even suggesting a walk-in interview or visiting the office might not be well-received. If the panel is from Chennai, expect a challenging but fair process. The questions aren't overly difficult, but solid preparation in core Java, Spring (especially annotations), and Java 8 Streams is crucial. I'd like to request that interviewers from Chennai avoid regional bias and treat all candidates fairly, as it's disheartening to be rejected due to where you're from after clearing all rounds. Management, please look into this. Overall, it's a good company with a decent interview process. Just be confident, prepare well on the technical topics, and answer to the best of your ability.
