First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Guardian Life.
Analyst
The whole thing took like three months, and I had to go in twice to meet with the same people. Honestly, it felt pretty political. I think I mostly got the job because I knew someone there.
- Tell me about yourself.
Analyst
Got a call from HR first, then went for an onsite interview. Met with the supervisor, manager, and director. They were really nice and asked me about my basic skills and what I did in my previous role. They also wanted to know what I could bring to the team. The office itself is super new.
- Could you tell me what you know about our company?
- And why are you interested in this particular job?
- What are your plans moving forward?
Analyst
The interview process for the Analyst position took a full day. At the end of the day, the HR indicated they would share feedback with the vendor. It has been over a month since I applied and was hired, but I still haven't received an email. The HR department is incredibly unresponsive, they do not answer calls and do not reply to emails.
- Were there any normal questions?
