I sent an unsolicited application for a Production Supervisor position through their website. The HR department responded in 11 minutes and asked me to contact them. We had a good phone call, and they scheduled an in-person interview at the site. I had 3 interviews on one day over 5 months, meeting a total of 9 different people across 3 sessions. Three months later, I was offered a Production Supervisor position, but on the first day, nobody was aware of my arrival or which production line I was supposed to manage. They ended up placing me in the logistics sector!

The interview process started with a phone call. After that, I was invited for a second interview where I met with several people to talk about the job. It was a pretty relaxed interview. Everyone at the company was really helpful and answered everything I asked.

Behavioral Technical

I had a phone interview with HR, though communication was tough; she was forgetful about call-back times. After that, I interviewed onsite with other supervisors, the Production Manager, and the Plant Manager. The interviews with the supervisors felt good; they seemed to enjoy working for the Production Manager and the company. I didn't get a great vibe from the Plant Manager, who seemed a bit shifty and distant, but I thought I did okay with him. My chat with the Production Manager was more of a conversation than a formal interview, but he seemed to know his stuff about glass and plastics. I expected to hear back, but after 10 days of silence, I reached out. HR then told me they went with someone else.
