The first interview was a one on one interview which took about 30 minutes and like any other interview consisted of basic first round questions. The second interview was an on site interview with several of the plant personnel and lasted about 6 hours. Finally, an offer was made and a background check and drug screen was necessary.

I had a total of 7 interviews, each around 20-30 minutes. The first was with HR where they asked standard HR questions like strengths/weaknesses, future career goals, ideal job, personal background, and hobbies. The remaining interviews were with technical staff. The manufacturing environment was loud, dirty, and hot, which made me reconsider. Despite that, I think the interview went well. My only issue was the communication afterwards; I was told I'd hear back the following week, but after two weeks and multiple follow-ups, they informed me I wouldn't receive an offer. It seemed like a lack of coordination. Overall, it was a positive experience due to the trip and extra interview practice.

The interview process started with a 30 minute chat with the recruiter, followed by a 1 hour video call with the Department Manager. The next stage was a site tour, then an hour face-to-face with the plant manager and one other person. I was told I'd hear back early the following week. It took 2 weeks for me to chase the recruiter, and then I got an automated email saying I wasn't successful. It was a disappointing way to find out after a 3 stage process. The on-site experience was strange and underwhelming overall.
