So after the online tests which were quantitative, numerical and verbal, if you pass those, then you have an interview with a panel. If you do well there, then you interview with Senior Management. The panel is usually a mix of someone from the department you're interested in, HR, and another person from the company.

I applied online and had an initial chat with the regional HR. Then, I was invited for an aptitude test which included verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, and psychometric tests. After that, I was given a topic to write an essay on. Next, I had another interview with two HRs from the Head office where they asked me scenario and situational based questions. The final interview was with the head of technology. After that, it was documentation before heading to training school.

The interview process was very smooth and not stressful at all. The HR team maintained excellent communication. We started with a two-stage online assessment, followed by a presentation on a topic provided by the bank. Finally, we were asked to discuss our previous work experiences.
