The interview process was good, very professional, satisfactory, and impressive. The interviewers were courteous and respectful. They got straight to the point. They asked about my background and values, and also my professional experience. It was a panel setup with everyone asking questions.
- Could you tell me about your strengths?
- What do you consider to be your weaknesses?
Intern
The interview process was quite pleasant. The HR representative was very kind and respectful. Even though I ultimately declined the offer, I found the interview experience enjoyable. The online format simplified the entire process. The technical questions were of moderate difficulty. Despite experiencing some internet issues on my end, the interviewers were understanding and didn't let it become a major problem.

Graduate Trainee
So after the online tests which were quantitative, numerical and verbal, if you pass those, then you have an interview with a panel. If you do well there, then you interview with Senior Management. The panel is usually a mix of someone from the department you're interested in, HR, and another person from the company.
- Can you tell us something about yourself?

I applied online and had an initial chat with the regional HR. Then, I was invited for an aptitude test which included verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, and psychometric tests. After that, I was given a topic to write an essay on. Next, I had another interview with two HRs from the Head office where they asked me scenario and situational based questions. The final interview was with the head of technology. After that, it was documentation before heading to training school.
- Could you tell me about the core values of this organization?
- What are some emerging technologies and trends that you are aware of?
