Behavioral Technical Case

If you have experience with mortgages, they want to hear lots of examples of how you've dealt with difficult situations. Always focus on what YOU did to help the customer or borrower and what the end result was. They want to see your skills and strengths, so always highlight those. Don't ever mention any weaknesses. They like it when people work together as a team rather than alone. Can you work within the company's POD model flow?

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • How would you rate your mathematical and analytical skills?
  • Describe your approach to problem-solving, particularly thinking outside the box.

Behavioral Technical

I had about 4 interviews via video and phone. I made it to the final round but didn't get to interview with the supervisor. Instead, I interviewed with a lead who mentioned they weren't experienced with interviews. They gave me good feedback, but the next day I got an email saying they were moving on with other candidates. It felt like a waste of 4 full days of work.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you describe your responsibilities in your previous position?
  • Could you share your background and experience?
