Project Manager
The interview process was straightforward and involved general questions. It was conducted virtually, with an initial call from HR followed by a meeting with two of the hiring managers. They inquired about my experience and skills, and also explained the responsibilities of the role.
- Describe your approach to managing multiple projects with different deadlines.
Project Manager
I met with 3 people in the morning, and they all had prepared questions. Everyone was really friendly. I did have to wait a bit for one of them to become available for the interview.
- Could you tell me about your greatest strength?
- And what would you consider to be your greatest weakness?
Project Manager
My first interview, a phone call with the recruiter, was scheduled but she canceled it nine minutes beforehand via email. She didn't even call me. After that, I went in for an in-person interview which was really easy. I followed up twice by email but she never responded. I don't even care that I didn't get the job, I just wanted to know why, which she never told me. She was the most unprofessional recruiter I've ever dealt with.
- Could you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
