I interviewed for this company and successfully cleared all stages. However, they mentioned they're specifically seeking candidates already serving their notice period. Their reasoning is that if they extend an offer to someone not on notice, there's a higher probability of that candidate receiving another offer during their notice period and potentially leveraging the gspann offer. This is their perspective. I advise against interviewing here and wasting your time.

They took 2 technical rounds F2F. Questions were based on the project, in depth of what and how about project, moderate level coding questions, Architectural questions, spark architecture, hive query optimisations and some SQL queries. Interview was good, second round stretched to around 75mins. Cons: Lack of proper management of Interview, No clearity of the procedure, No transparency at all, Favouritism if you know someone already working in the company, No communication at all.

First there was a written test with aptitude and some technical questions on Java and big data. Then a technical round where they asked lots of questions on Hadoop components like Hive and Sqoop, and also Spark. Finally, an HR round.
