Legal Intern
It was really chill and easygoing. My interviewer and I really hit it off and we were talking and when the questions asked I answered and kept it on from there.
- Why do you think we should hire you?

You start by applying online, then you gotta schedule the interview. The interview is gonna be at an office near the main workspace. It's kinda noisy in there, so you gotta make sure to speak up the whole time. After that, it'll be a few days before they let you know if they're gonna hire you.
- Can you share your experience with similar tasks?
Account Manager
The recruiter first reached out about 4 months after I applied online to schedule a phone screen. I had to follow up a couple of times before getting a response, which was a sign of what was to come. This company, especially my main contact, had serious communication issues. After each round – which included a couple of aptitude tests, a phone interview, and several video interviews – I was ghosted for weeks. I had to get creative to get any kind of update. I tried to be understanding due to the pandemic, but this was excessive. At one point, after not hearing back via email, voicemail, and text, I contacted a colleague of my main contact in HR. I thought maybe there were cutbacks due to the pandemic causing the lack of response. This finally got my contact to reply with multiple apologies for the poor communication. Later, after my final interview, I was ghosted again. My contact then claimed they had been trying to email updates, suggesting they might have gone to my spam folder, which I knew wasn't true. While I understand not every process ends with an offer, even with positive feedback, the lack of professionalism from HR was apparent. Little respect was shown to me as a candidate. Also, an interviewer mentioned wanting GSP to be more diverse, which I interpreted as potentially excluding older workers. I dodged a bullet.
- Tell me about a time you dealt with an unhappy customer.

So first, we'll ask some standard questions like, do you have reliable transport to get to work? What's your biggest accomplishment? Why'd you quit your last job? And are you someone who likes to get hands-on? After that, you'll take a general-knowledge test to see how well you can read and write English, and if you can do basic math.
- Tell me about a time you took initiative.
