The first call was a standard screening, seemed professional. The next interview started out chill and nice, but one of the interviewers was kind of rude, and they both didn't seem prepared. They said they'd get back to me, but it took like six weeks to hear they weren't moving forward.

Behavioral Presentation

Got contacted by a recruitment agency for GSMA. Had an initial chat about my current situation and salary needs, and the recruiter said they'd be in touch. After two weeks of silence, they messaged late Friday asking about an interview on Monday. When I got there, the HR person wasn't expecting me, and the hiring manager seemed swamped. I waited about half an hour before being interviewed. It's been a month since, and I haven't heard back. I followed up and was told they're still interested but the process is taking time.

Behavioral Technical Other

It was a long interview process. There were several rounds of interviews. It started with a phone interview with the contract sourcing company. Then there were 2-3 rounds of interviews, some phone and some on-site, with the specific team. After that, there was one round of interview with HR. Finally, there was an online test.
