Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Grupo SURA.
Planning Analyst
The interviews with HR and the sector managers were both really nice. You could feel a good work environment and good interaction between departments!
- What are the reasons driving your desire for a change?
- Discuss the benefits and the less pleasant realities of the day-to-day work.
Analyst
The interview was objective, with two stages on the same day. First, I spoke with HR, where I answered a lot of behavioral questions, some of which were quite tiring. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager, who focused on more technical aspects of the role. They didn't provide an empathetic view of the role, and I received a standard negative response after more than a month. I wouldn't participate in a process with this company again.
- Could you share a significant piece of feedback you've received?
- What do you dislike about your current company?
Analyst
- Could you describe your experience and the action models you've utilized?
- Tell me about your past experiences and the actions you've taken.
- What hypothetical future actions might you have taken in previous roles?
