Great process, fast and smooth, with a good dynamic. Lots of concern in showing the company values and also the expectation for the role. There were quite a few interviews, but they were enough for both sides to show themselves and be sure of the decision to be made.

Behavioral Technical

I was contacted by a third-party HR company for a video interview during the quarantine. The initial interaction was great, they presented the benefits and initial expectations for the role. Later, when the interview moved to the management of Grupo SBF, communication became more difficult. After the interview, they didn't even get back to say no. It was disrespectful to the candidate.

the process was fast, but had many steps. I think they should be more considerate of the candidate and speed things up, because in the end I wasn't approved and I traveled MANY times, only to hear a "no".
