First, there was the HR interview at HQ. They asked for an essay about welcoming and some psychological tests (like Palográfico and an image-based one). Then, the psychologist calls each person one by one into a room and asks questions mainly about what's on your resume. The psychologist was very reassuring, making the interview feel like a conversation. The second phase is conducted by the supervisors at the location where you'll be working. All interns who made it to the second phase participate, along with all the unit supervisors. They ask a few more questions about your experience and university (focusing more on the information you put on your resume).

It was an interview with a psychologist, who was super sarcastic and didn't even care about what I was saying. It was an awkward situation. It would have been better not to be called for the interview if they weren't interested.
