Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Grupo Modelo.
Warehouse Supervisor
It was fast and very secure. Also, the interview was very pleasant and cordial. Great location. The process so far has been very favorable.
- What are your current job functions?
- What is your age?
- Tell me about your family.
Warehouse Supervisor
It was a dynamic panel interview, with tricky questions. The idea was to learn from other participants' mistakes and answer confidently. Don't try to impress, just go with the flow and talk about your experiences when needed.
- What are your medium and long-term career goals?
Supply Chain Trainee
First there were online English and psychometric tests. Then you do a business case, you have about 30-60 minutes to solve it. They ask you about that business case and then about yourself like in many interviews. Then there's a stage with team dynamics along with others who passed the business case stage. There are different people evaluating the participants. I don't remember well, but I think there was an interview with a manager before the final panel. The last stage is a final panel with the VP and his direct reports, where you compete with other candidates to stand out. They ask all kinds of questions and everything is in English.
- If an operator with many years at the company has an accident due to not following safety measures, would you fire them?
- Teach us something that none of us (VP and direct reports) know in 2 minutes.
- Tell us about an achievement you've had (in anything).
