Coding Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was an online process with various activities, starting from personal data to different cognitive games. There was also an English level test on another platform, which was quite simple and done online. Following that, there was a video interview where I had to answer questions in English about situations or examples where I showed my qualities.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • What motivates you and what are your qualities?
  • Can you give examples of when you've shown your experience?

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved a call with HR focusing on general experience and cultural fit. Then, there was a session with the direct manager, which delved more into the specific skills for the role, your motivation to join the company, and transferable skills. Additionally, there was an interview with the VP of Mexico and the region. The process is a bit lengthy, but it ensures everyone is on the same page regarding the hiring decision.

Confirmed questions6 questions
  • Tell me about your general experience and how you fit culturally.
  • Can you describe your suitability for this specific role, your motivation to work here, and your transferable skills?

Technical Case Behavioral Presentation

It was a very long process with many stages, starting in November and ending (apparently, because they don't notify you when you're no longer considered) in April. Most of the filters are online, from cognitive tests, questions in English, a Business Case (focus on making yourself noticed to pass the filter), a supply challenge that involves going to Grupo Modelo's facilities for interviews with recruitment and selection staff, then a virtual panel with leaders and high-ranking staff where they question you about complicated or controversial situations to evaluate your decision-making ability (it doesn't matter what you answer, only that you make decisions and stick to them). Negative experience with communication; although they provide a contact for doubts during the process, they never answered, let alone bothered to notify if you are not considered for the next stages, even if you were a finalist. All applicants are valuable and deserve respect for our time. On the other hand, the events for each stage were well organized. A bittersweet experience.

First you submit your CV, then you take an English test, followed by a Genoma Works psychometric test. Then there's a video interview with 4 questions (two in English, two in Spanish) about your program expectations and achievements. After that, a business game in teams where you have to develop an innovation for a beer through several stages. In the game, it's crucial to show your problem-solving skills, ability to defend your ideas, and performance under pressure. They want to see how you react when questioned about your work and if you have leadership potential. The final stage is a panel with senior company executives, but I didn't reach that far.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Why did you choose this program and what do you expect to learn from it?
  • Tell me about a challenge you faced and how you resolved it.
  • How would you go about innovating one of our existing beer products?
