The interview process consisted of 5 stages, two of which involved coding. Most of the tech interviewers were really rude and made me feel super uncomfortable with their aggressive questioning and remarks during the interview. It felt more like an evaluation than a selection process.

It was a really drawn-out interview process that went on for 2 months with 4 distinct phases. First, there was a phone screen that lasted about 2 hours where we chatted about my background and skills, which was surprisingly enjoyable. After that, I had a code challenge with two parts: one with algorithms and the other to build a web app, which I had to submit within 5-10 days. This was followed by a video call with some developers to go over the code challenge. The last part involved spending a full day at the office, meeting various people from different teams and discussing things like architecture, algorithms, and team processes.

Behavioral Technical Group

The process was good and well-structured, with stages including cultural fit, online tests, video recording, a group dynamic, and interviews. In the group dynamic, various managers from different areas participate, so you might be called for more than one interview. In my case, I was called for a very vague interview; the manager who called me didn't seem prepared to ask questions and didn't even attend the dynamic, sending someone else in their place.
