Supply Analyst
The interview process felt poorly managed. They contacted me for a role that was significantly below my expectations, and it turned out to be through a third-party company. When I inquired further, I was treated with disdain. The whole experience was quite surprising.

Intern
The first stage was an online test on the 99 jobs website, which was easy. The second stage was a panel with managers from various communication segments of Globo. The last stage was a final interview with a manager.

Full Stack Developer
I arrived on time for the scheduled meeting, where 5 people were waiting for me: 2 engineering managers, 1 senior dev, and 1 agile coach. They barely introduced themselves and started talking. They asked a few questions and then ghosted me. It felt like they rushed the interview just to check a box.
- Tell me about some challenges you've faced.
Information Security Analyst
The process was divided into 5 phases. 1- Chat with the consulting firm responsible for talent hunting, they explain about the vacancy, ask you to talk a little about yourself and your experiences and salary expectations. 2- Chat with the manager/leader of the vacancy who explains about the company and the challenges of the vacancy and asks you to talk a little about yourself and your experiences. 3- Technical Challenge, a very straightforward challenge was sent to be done in the language Globo uses for that vacancy. 4- Challenge Response, the manager contacts you to give feedback on the challenge. 5- Job offer with benefits and remuneration.
- How do you deal with problems?
- How many projects have you developed in the language?
