Process with a dynamic activity and interaction among participants. There was also a presentation about the job opening and the company. At the end, time was set aside for individual questions to the assessed candidates. Really good process!

The process was quite smooth, there were two interviews, one online with the company's HR and one in-person with one of the supervisors at the location. After that, only the admission exam stage and document submission and signing occurred.

Case Group Presentation
The interview involves candidates working on a case study in groups. They get 40 minutes to prepare for a presentation and then 5 minutes to present. After that, each person gets only 2 minutes to introduce themselves. Overall, an interview that should take about 30/40 minutes ends up lasting 2 hours, and the impression is that the recruiters still don't know anything about you because of the limited time. On top of that, they promised to give feedback, positive or negative, which never happened.
