The recruiter who interviewed me was super nice, helpful, and welcoming, making the experience really pleasant. However, after the interview, there was no follow-up on whether I was moving forward, good or bad. Even when I tried to reach out through the company's channels, I got no response. I think not giving feedback is super disrespectful to someone looking for a job, as it's part of a basic ethical and transparent hiring process. This attitude really soured my view of Grupo Fleury's organizational culture.

The process was quite smooth - the first stage was online with HR, where I talked a bit about my experience and showed my profile, and the interviewer told me about the company, the position, the salary, etc. On the same day, I received feedback that I had passed to the next stage: a face-to-face interview with management. That was also super smooth, it was more of a chat, I talked in more detail about my experiences and the activities I've already done, and the manager presented all the duties of the position, and confirmed my interest in continuing. She was very transparent about the fact that we might be asked to work at another unit of the group at some point, in addition to the assigned working hours.

The interview process for the receptionist position at Fleury Laboratory was quite fast, including the company presentation and an overview of the selection process. The feedback was also prompt. Generally, this interview focuses on assessing your customer service skills, organizational abilities, and communication effectiveness. Expect questions about your prior experience in the field, your work schedule availability, and how you handle interactions with the public. They will also observe your demeanor, friendliness, and teamwork capabilities, as these are crucial for the role. It's an excellent chance to demonstrate your enthusiasm, cordiality, and desire to join the Fleury team.

First stage was on Teams, the recruiter presented the company and positions, there were openings for call center operator (reception) and customer service assistant (room assistant). Then, we were divided into groups for introductions, where we had to introduce ourselves, mention our two most recent experiences, our most accessible region, and our availability to respond within a day. The second stage was at the unit with the managers. Since there were vacancies for both areas, the leaders participated. I had an interview in a room with three managers, from reception and rooms units. They asked many questions about my experiences, courses, where I lived, a challenge I had in the area, what my differential was, and my stance on makeup. My available hours were only in the afternoon. They gave me feedback on the same day, informing me of my approval.
