Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Grupo Casas Bahia.
Intern
The recruiter introduced themselves and everyone got to introduce themselves. It was almost a 2-hour dynamic. The negative point of the whole process was the many steps of the PSEL. From registration to hiring, there were a total of 10 steps. And after this dynamic, there were a few more but in person, as well as the work format which was 3 times in person and 2 times remote.
- In one part of the dynamic, random questions appeared and the recruiter chose someone to answer. Mine was something like 'What is good customer service to you?'
Jovem Aprendiz
I was invited to a group activity. First, the recruiter asked everyone to introduce themselves briefly. When it was my turn, I introduced myself clearly and confidently. I mentioned my name, age, education level, and some of my work experience. I stated that I have experience in customer service (or that I'm looking for my first opportunity, if I have no experience) and that I've always enjoyed interacting with people and helping customers find what they need. I highlighted that I'm communicative, dedicated, and a fast learner.
- What is your motivation for wanting to work here?
Intern
The interview focused on my past projects and teamwork skills. They also asked about task organization and priority management. The recruiter explained the company's expectations and inquired about my previous experience, motivation, and availability.
- What is your motivation for applying to this company?
