Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Grupo Casas Bahia.
Analyst
Boa entrevista, porém já existe um candidato certo por indicação, então não vale a pena participar nessas condições. Esse seria o meu ponto de vista, mas essa situação se repete em outras empresas, inclusive no Assaí.
- What are your objectives?
Analyst
First, I had contact with the recruiting and selection team over the phone. Then, I had a conversation with the area managers via Teams call. It involved objective questions related to the job's activities, and a relaxed chat about career, perspectives, skills, etc. It was one of the kindest processes I've participated in :)
- How many years of experience do you have?
- What are the main activities you have knowledge/practice in?
- Can you have a brief conversation in English?
Licensing Analyst
The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was with HR, who asked questions about your success stories, challenging work, and past experiences. The second round was with the manager, who inquired about your background, expectations, and availability for a 3-day in-person commitment.
- Could you share a success story?
- What was your most difficult job?
- What have you accomplished so far?
