Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Grupo Bimbo.
Sales Representative
The whole process took about 3 months from applying to the first interview, and then I had to wait to hear back. Honestly, it felt like a complete disregard and disrespect throughout the entire process. It was incredibly slow, and I had to follow up five times.
- Could you tell us more about bimbo and share your thoughts on it?
Sales Leader
The company was really communicative and flexible about setting up interview times and how the interview would proceed. There were a lot of questions asked, and several people were part of the interview. Overall, it was a great experience, and the interviewers were pleasant to talk to, also allowing me to ask plenty of questions.
- If hired, what would be your initial three steps in the role?
Sales Representative
I thought it was great, very thorough but also very demanding. Bimbo undoubtedly chooses its personnel very well, and it's a very large company that offers a lot of support to its workers.
- Was the interview process completed?
