Behavioral Presentation

The company was really communicative and flexible about setting up interview times and how the interview would proceed. There were a lot of questions asked, and several people were part of the interview. Overall, it was a great experience, and the interviewers were pleasant to talk to, also allowing me to ask plenty of questions.

Everything is online. First, there are English and logic assessments. Then, there's a group activity with a pre-task (English is also evaluated here). Finally, there's a final assessment, with the group activity being the first part and an individual interview being the second. Something to keep in mind is that time is extremely limited; even in the individual interview, there's only enough time to answer a couple of questions (technical and behavioral). In my case, I only had time to ask one question, which frustrated me a lot and left me very unsatisfied because I never felt a connection between the company and the candidate.

Behavioral Technical

Applied through LinkedIn and got a phone screening with HR a few days later. The HR person called me early, but it was okay. After the phone interview, I got invited for an in-person interview at their plant in Langley. In the in-person interview, there were two warehouse staff who didn't talk much and the HR rep who was rude and arrogant. It felt like an interrogation, and I got the vibe they thought I was overqualified. The warehouse staff questioned my qualifications and my attire, which was weird since they had my resume. I drove a long way only to be rejected for being overqualified, and the HR person had a bad attitude the whole time.

I applied online and then got a call to set up a phone interview, which was about 30 minutes. The HR Manager then scheduled an onsite interview for the next week. It was an hour long and pretty in-depth, with a mix of behavioral and experience questions. They mentioned needing someone for the HR Generalist role ASAP and said they'd be in touch by the start of the next week with next steps, but I never heard back, not even a rejection. I emailed the HR Manager twice over three weeks. The first time, she said she was waiting for the Director to review resumes, and the second time, she mentioned the Director was on PTO. After four weeks, I still hadn't heard anything about the next steps.
