It was a long selection process, starting with a CV and cover letter, then a video interview, followed by an assessment day with online assessments, and concluding with a final interview. The whole thing took about 3 months. I'm not sure what their exact selection criteria are. Some positions are filled by their interns, not through this specific process.

After applying, there was a pre-recorded interview, and then a half-day final assessment. This assessment involved a group case study, a presentation, and a personal interview. We were sent some pre-reading material beforehand which was helpful on the assessment day.

Started with a phone call, then got invited to do a pre-recorded video interview. After that, there was an online assessment with verbal, numerical, and inductive tests. Then, a case study was given to solve within 24 hours, which needed to be presented on Skype. A personality test followed, and finally, an Assessment Center that lasted two days. The first day was an intro to the company, and the second day involved a group case study with about 10 people per group. No one-on-one interviews were conducted. Note that the process can change each year.
