I had an online interview. We introduced ourselves, and then I gave a 5-minute presentation on a case I chose that related to the job. It was a good talk and I learned a lot about the job. They called me back the next day with an offer.

It was pretty smooth, they were mainly interested in my personality and if I understood the basics, which was totally fine. They asked about what I know about Grundfos, and also my future plans and expectations.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had a 30-minute phone call where they asked me more about myself. The interviewer wasn't a great listener and asked questions I had already answered. For example, I discussed my strengths and weaknesses, and then he asked about my weaknesses again. Despite this, I was invited to a face-to-face interview. The actual interview involved the same questions as the phone call, with no technical aspects. They didn't explain much about the company or the job, and it felt like a one-sided conversation. After the 30-minute chat, I completed a 25-minute Excel test and then gave a 5-minute presentation. During the presentation, the main manager left and returned a minute later. I was left talking with his assistant, which was okay, but it was awkward for him to leave at that moment.
