Recruiter call

A recruiter reached out and we set up a time to chat, but then the recruiter no-showed. When I tried to reschedule, they didn't get back to me. I sent two more follow-ups and still nothing. Really unprofessional to ghost candidates, GrubHub.

The whole interview process was awesome. Grubhub really knows how to interview. The recruiter messaged me on LinkedIn and we had a call to talk about the job. Then, I had a phone interview with the manager. A few days later, I went in for in-person interviews. It was pretty intense, meeting 7 people in 4 hours. The team was great though, asking relevant questions about my background and telling me about the role. No soft skill questions, everything was really applicable and made me feel like part of the team. It was exhausting though. The day after, the recruiter gave me feedback and told me when a decision would be made. I got the offer about 3 days later, and they needed my acceptance 2 days after that. The whole thing took 4-5 weeks. Grubhub kept me updated the whole time and checked in on my interest. Best recruiting process ever!

It was a really smooth and organized process. I had a screening call with someone, then a direct call with the hiring lead, followed by an in-office interview with the team. They made me feel really welcome and prepared me well. The questions were fair and pretty much what I expected. I really tried to show how I'd be a good fit for the company. The team was super nice and seemed genuinely interested.
