The interview was pretty formal, I dressed well and went in at a specific time. I met with the general manager and another driver specialist. During this interview, we went over my resume, which included former employers and what I did for them, and also my skills. Later in the interview, we talked about what my position would entail and how I thought I could bring something to the team.
