Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Grow Therapy.
Manager
The interview process was fine, though the presentation requirement felt excessive for this role. It would be good to streamline who you need to meet with. Having 4 interviews with people across many levels of the organization seems like too much.
- Can you provide an example of a challenging situation you encountered and describe how you resolved it?
Manager
First interview was good. Then a case interview happened where the interviewer was eating and multitasking, which seemed unprofessional. They also asked questions that were already answered during the case presentation. I was ghosted and then received a generic rejection email after following up. Both interviewers sounded monotone and listless, which made me wonder what working there would be like. Given how close I was with the first interviewer, a non-generic rejection email would have been appreciated, even without asking for feedback.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Senior Manager
The process was challenging but also comfortable. Communication was great the whole time, everyone was punctual, and I felt I got a chance to show my skills and experiences.
- Tell me about a time you improved a process.
