First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Grow Therapy.
Data Analyst
The process was quick and the next steps were always clear. It started with a recruiter call, then a hiring manager chat, followed by a technical screen that involved basic SQL. After that, I had two rounds with a peer and then a final round with the director of business operations.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Data Analyst
The interview process was great and everyone I talk to was absolutely incredible. The stages are as follows: 1. Phone screening with recruiter, basic interest and qualification, advises of next steps. 2. Test Gorilla take home test (SQL test). Test Gorilla is great and their customer service is great as well! 3. Interview with another Senior Data Analyst. Incredibly friendly and you discuss a case study and problem solving. 4. Final interview with Director. It's a mix of your thought process and behavioral questions. All around the interview process was great and everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly.

- Could you outline how you would construct a query and identify the necessary tables and columns?
Data Analyst
First, I had a recruiter call about my background. Then, I got a take-home assessment. It included some SQL questions, and questions about what metrics to track for business performance and how to guide product launches. Unfortunately, I didn't move on after the take-home and didn't get any feedback.
- Can you explain your interest in Grow Therapy?
- Describe a challenging project you've worked on.
- What key metrics would you monitor to assess business performance?
