Customer Support Representative
I was really excited about the company and the chance to work there, but unfortunately, it didn't work out this time, though I'm definitely going to try again! There were three interviews total. The first two went super smoothly, the best I've ever experienced. The last one, though, was pretty rough. It felt like the interviewer had already made up his mind. Because I haven't worked at a startup before, he seemed to dismiss me right from my resume, which was a bummer. The final interview felt like he was annoyed I'd gotten that far and was wasting his time. Up until that point, the interviews were great. I still want to work there though, so I'll keep applying. It seems like a great company and maybe they just have really high expectations.

Customer Support Representative
I applied and got an email. Then I had a Zoom interview with a manager. They asked typical questions, nothing too hard. I think I did well, but the manager's body language suggested it was a no. He seemed uninterested, not excited about interviewing for the company I wanted to join. They said I'd hear back within a week, and I got a rejection two days later.
- What recent skills have you acquired?
Customer Service Representative
I was nervous about interviewing here because of online reviews, but it was a great experience! I met with 3 managers who were all on time, professional, and kept the interviews from feeling too formal. My recruiter was great at communicating and asked for my availability about 30 minutes after my first interview. After meeting the last two managers, I got a job offer a few hours later over the phone! They were really thorough, which I liked, and answered all my questions. It was good to meet the people I'll be working with and see how they manage the team. Honestly, it was one of the best interview processes I've been through, and I'm excited to join!
- Can you describe how you would de-escalate a difficult situation?
