I applied online and then had to send in a guided video. After that, I talked to HR, and they asked some questions similar to the video. The last step was an in-person chat with the team managers. The team I met with kept it pretty chill and made it feel relaxed. They mentioned they watched the video I sent in.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty disorganized and all remote. First, I talked with the PM team manager. It was mostly a get-to-know-you thing, and he said I'd meet the rest of the PM team to ask questions. He also mentioned they were taking their time with hiring. About a month later, I had a second interview with the same manager and another PM. It was supposed to be a Q&A with the team, but it turned out to be more of a standard interview with the other PM asking typical interview questions. They again said I'd have a third and final in-person interview, but they had other candidates and it might take a while. A month after that, I hadn't heard anything, so I reached out to the hiring manager. He said they were still interviewing and would call me in a week or two, but that was two months ago, and I never heard back. I think that's really rude and unprofessional. So, if you interview here, just expect to maybe hear back in several months, if you're lucky.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was really bad. My first interview had to be rescheduled because the interviewer wasn't in the office. I had to call them to reschedule because the interviewer didn't tell me they wouldn't be there. The interview ended up being two weeks later than planned, and it really felt like they were just trying to hit a quota. On top of that, the interviewer was five minutes late for the rescheduled interview. It genuinely felt like one of the most unprofessional companies I've interviewed with.

I initially applied online and then got a response within a week for a one-way recorded interview. After that, I spoke with a recruiter who introduced me to the company and the role. Next, I was given a take-home test: create a minigame in Unity based on a design doc. Once I submitted that, I had an interview with a lead game developer where they asked about my process and past experience. Then, they gave me a second part of the test, asking me to add a new mechanic to the minigame I had already made. After submitting the second part, I was rejected fairly quickly without any feedback. The whole thing took just over a month.
