I found the role on RateMyPlacement and sent my CV and a cover letter via email. About three weeks later, I got a phone call which was just to arrange a phone interview, which happened a few days after. The phone interview was pretty standard with generic questions, lasting about 15 minutes. The two interviewers were nice and it wasn't too intense. At the end, I was invited to an assessment centre about a month later, giving me time to get ready. Two weeks before the assessment day, they told me what to prepare for a 5-6 minute presentation about one of their products. The assessment day was really good. It included two formal interviews, one with marketing managers and another with a sales manager and an HR manager. There was also a tour and a Q&A with current interns, plus a quick test on basic financial math. The atmosphere was relaxed and they wanted us to feel comfortable; there were 5 of us. About two weeks after the assessment centre, I got the job offer, but I had to decline because I'd already accepted another placement. It was a good process overall; they were professional and genuine, and I never felt like I was left waiting.

Behavioral

I applied online through the school career site and heard back for an interview two weeks later. Then, I was called back for a second interview about a week after that, but it was weirdly cancelled the morning of. They offered me the job the week following that. The interview was pretty much all behavioural, asking about my past work experiences.
