I met with the Manager first, then had an interview with the Director. After that, there was a Skype interview with HR. They told me after each interview that I'd hear back in 2 days, but it actually took them 10 days both times. By the time they sent the final email saying I wouldn't get an offer, they hadn't even spelled my name right.
