The process was quite long, starting with a phone call and then three video interviews. What was really frustrating is that the HR person made me redo an interview because they lost their notes and couldn't remember our previous conversation. At the end, no one bothers to get back to you, even if you try to follow up. The HR team also pushes you to apply for jobs you're not interested in, just to fill spots for the managers. There's a real lack of consideration, both from HR and the managers.
