Then, three days later, I had a video interview with the manager. This part focused on my background, my soft skills, and why I was interested in the role.

I had one interview over Microsoft Teams with both an HR rep and my direct manager. They asked me a few things about my past experiences, my studies, and my availability. It was pretty easy and they were very nice to talk to. I got the offer to sign the same week. They had no problem sponsoring my visa.
