First, there's an interview with HR (who is an HR intern). Then an interview with a management controller (who will be your future tutor). Then a 3rd interview to do an Excel test (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP...). This 3rd interview doesn't always happen, usually it's 1 HR interview + 1 with the tutor.
