I applied via LinkedIn and within a week, I had an HR interview. The following week, I had a corporate interview at their Paris office. Both interviewers were really nice. The logical test was pretty tough, but the other parts were fairly easy.

Meeting at the headquarters with HR and the Director of Asset Management. They first let me introduce myself then asked questions. Very polite and kind with a good level. A very clear presentation of the company and working conditions was made by both interviewers and great transparency to present the current complicated situation of the company.

I had two interviews: one with the recruitment officer and one with the HR Director. During the first one, I felt like the recruitment officer was really over it. The interview lasted 30 mins with standard questions. During the second interview, it was more of a discussion, I went into a lot of detail about my background and had to clearly explain why I was applying. The big downside is the length of the recruitment process. Between the first interview and the final answer, 3 to 4 weeks passed (after 3 follow-ups) to finally be told that since the company's organization wasn't finalized, they didn't know if they were going to take an intern. No apologies, I find that disrespectful and unprofessional, on top of wasting the candidate's time!
