The interviews were quite unpleasant with recruiters who constantly attacked, belittled obtained degrees and previous experiences, and scrolled on TikTok during my answers (so they didn't even make an effort to listen). In short, don't expect anything and you'll still be disappointed. Probably one of the worst interview experiences where I felt the least respect towards candidates who were just used as punching bags.

The lead Data Scientist had me come into the office for a test, and then we had a 30-minute interview where I had to describe my projects and motivation. The test was on paper and covered linear algebra, brain teasers, probability, statistics, ML, and Git. After that, I had to read a long code snippet and figure out what it does.

A simple process: first an HR phone interview, then a technical interview. The HR interview was meant to get to know the candidate on a more personal level, get an idea of their communication skills and their compatibility with the team. The technical interview was based on direct questions about past projects and previous internship experience to better understand the candidate's skills.
