Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process included an HR interview for aptitude and qualities, followed by a manager interview focusing on skills. Then, there was an interview with the Director or Service Head to put a face to the name, involving a situational test to assess teamwork, adaptability, and specific qualities. Lastly, another HR interview was conducted.

Behavioral

The interviews were quite unpleasant with recruiters who constantly attacked, belittled obtained degrees and previous experiences, and scrolled on TikTok during my answers (so they didn't even make an effort to listen). In short, don't expect anything and you'll still be disappointed. Probably one of the worst interview experiences where I felt the least respect towards candidates who were just used as punching bags.

Behavioral Presentation

Behavioral Technical

I wanted to share feedback about the recruitment process for the Graphic Designer role. I liked the initial video call with Ms. Astrid Graux, it was professional and constructive. I prepared my CV and motivation video carefully. However, the rest of the process was disappointing. After our interview, the promised response times weren't met, and I had to follow up multiple times by email and phone to get updates. This lack of communication left me uncertain for weeks. Eventually, I received a very brief rejection stating the position was 'frozen', citing lack of experience without a more structured or official response. It felt like my application was dismissed without real consideration. I understand not everyone can be selected and experience is a factor, but more clarity, timely responses, and consideration in the final communication would have been appreciated.
