Started with a recruiter call, talked to two different recruiters for the same role, they asked different questions and approached the interview differently. Then had to fill out paperwork before scheduling an interview with the hiring manager. I got to this step, but the email forgot attachments or links. I followed up a few times but got no response. The pay is very low for the area.

I had a Skype call, a phone interview, and then an in-person interview at the local office. After that, I was asked to do a ride-along before they'd decide on an offer. They had me come in and watch some recent grads who had no job experience do cold calls. They didn't actually make any calls but just showed me how to log into their CRM to say they did. Then, I had to make calls to business owners. I made two calls and secured one appointment. They asked me to come back for another ride-along because the sales rep didn't have any appointments that day, which felt like a waste of my time. I did another ride-along, and the salesperson didn't have any appointments again. After 5 rounds, they told me they wanted someone with industry experience.

I had two initial phone chats with an HR Assistant. Then, I spoke with a manager over Microsoft Teams for the third round. All three interviews focused on my background and my motivations for pursuing HR and this specific position.
