I sent my resume and my answers to the questions from their website to their hiring email. A couple days later I received a response asking me what days/times I would be available for a video interview (this was during Covid). Day of the interview I got on a one-on-one call with their chief marketing officer. After that I was passed onto a call with another employee there. I interviewed on a Thursday, and that Monday I received an email saying I wasn't selected for the position.

The interview was an hour long, split into two 30-minute segments: one with a senior executive and another with the VP. Both interviewers were really friendly and approachable. The questions were mainly about work, culture, and personality, and they seemed very focused on my character. Based on my experience and other reviews, it's a bit unclear what exactly they are looking for, and they appear to be quite selective. I felt like we had good conversations overall, but in the end, it wasn't a match for them.

Had an initial interview, then a writing assessment, and after that a group interview with a bunch of the team members. Everyone seemed nice, but I felt like they were wasting my time with how long the process was. The questions seemed designed to trick you. Also, I think the group wasn't being honest when they said experience wasn't needed, though I don't know who ended up getting the job.

The interview process was pretty simple. I was asked questions about my resume, my motivation for joining the company, and my strengths and weaknesses. I talked to two people for about 1.5 hours. Finally, I was given a writing assignment to complete within a week, which involved writing a press release and a pitch email.
