& Process

I had a Zoom interview with HR, which went well. They had a calm energy and told me about the job, growth opportunities, and asked about my expectations and background relating to the role. After the interview, they said it went great and they'd reach out in a few days for a second interview with the territory manager since she was coming to the office. I waited until Monday and sent a follow-up email. Two days later, with no response, I sent another email since they said I was moving forward. Three weeks later, I was ghosted.

Applied online and got contacted by HR the next day for a phone interview. Immediately after that, I had another interview with the Branch Manager the same day. After that interview, I was told I'd hear back soon about a decision. Usually, there's an interview with the regional manager next, but since the current manager got promoted, I guess I did two interviews at once. Later, I got an email saying I didn't get the job because they needed someone who could start right away. The interviews were pretty easy, mainly focused on my resume, past experiences, and sales-related questions. No tricky questions.

I applied and had a phone interview with HR in the same week. Then, I set up a video interview with the RM at the branch the next week. The interview mostly covered resume and retail experience. The RM brought up my college minor, which was a bit concerning. I realized I wasn't going to get an offer when the RM started saying things like "how well spoken I am" and "probably having a higher GPA than him" at the end.
