I had a Zoom interview with HR, which went well. They had a calm energy and told me about the job, growth opportunities, and asked about my expectations and background relating to the role. After the interview, they said it went great and they'd reach out in a few days for a second interview with the territory manager since she was coming to the office. I waited until Monday and sent a follow-up email. Two days later, with no response, I sent another email since they said I was moving forward. Three weeks later, I was ghosted.

The interview process was good and professional. I enjoyed the whole interview with the team and appreciated the opportunity. The company has a safe work culture and people enjoy what they do. The management is quite laid back, but it's an interesting opportunity to be part of the Grimco team.

The interview process was great. I had a phone interview first, then an in person interview the following week. All of the people I spoke with were knowledgeable and quick to respond to my questions. The main issue with Grimco was after the interview process though. They said they'd make a decision within a week. Two weeks passed, I called to check, and they said no decisions had been made and that they forgot to mention they were still interviewing other candidates. They were very interested and promised to get back to me soon. A whole month later, I got a generic email saying Grimco decided to go with other applicants. It felt like the wrong way to handle the decision after such a thorough process everywhere else and especially after so many personal calls. Grimco seems like a pretty average company that doesn't really know how to handle hiring. They might be fine for warehouse jobs, but be careful with anything more corporate.
